Heating and Air Tips

FILTERS  It's always a good idea to change your filters every month. A dirty filter can decrease the efficiency of your system and cause the unit to work harder to pull air through. A clean filter can also improve the air quality in your home by removing unwanted irritants.

MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT  Our annual service contracts can be purchased at a discounted rate and includes two service checks; once during the heating season and once during the cooling season.  These regular service checks can diagnose an issue with your system before it becomes a serious problem as well as extending the life expectancy of your HVAC equipment.

THERMOSTAT SETTINGS  If you have more than one thermostat, it's always best to keep the settings within two degrees. This will provide you with optimal comfort conditions and enable your system to function efficiently.

HOMEOWNER  You are the best advocate for your home! If you feel you may have an issue with your HVAC system, it's best to call for appointment. Diagnosing a problem in the early stages can prevent further damage to your equipment.
